Privatsphäre wird hier grossgeschrieben, denn als letztes Haus in der Strasse und direkt am Wald gelegen sind Sie ungestört - und trotzdem nur 10 Autominuten vom Zentrum Luganos entfernt.

Ein Tiefgaragenparkplatz im selben Gebäude ist auf Anfrage kostenlos verfügbar.
