Med 3 meter under taket, 6 ildsteder, store rom og store vinduer har huset mye sjel. 2 minutter gange trikk nr. 11 og 12 som tar deg til sentrum på 20 minutter. 45 min fra Gardermoen flyplass. 6 rom med dobbeltsenger, hvor det ene rommet har en ekstra enkeltseng, i tillegg er det to ekstra madrasser som gir muligheter for ytterligere soveplasser. Sentralt men stille. Mulighet for å parkere tre biler på eiendommen.

Utforsk vårt sjarmerende hus i Vika! Beliggende svært sentralt, kun 5 minutter fra Nationaltheatret og Aker Brygge, likevel godt skjermet i en frodig bakgård. Huset har to etasjer: i første etasje finner du et moderne kjøkken, stue og et soverom. Andre etasje inneholder bad, to soverom og en flott terrasse. Huset er opprinnelig en stallbygning fra 1895, men er modernisert i nyere tid til dagens standard. Likevel er mye av den eldre sjarmen bevart, og vi ønsker velkommen til en unik opplevelse!

Kitchen: Dishwasher, washingmachine, supplies for cooking and baking, Moccamaster, french press, coffegrinder, kettle. Bedroom 1: Double bed 160x200 Bedroom 2: 2 beds 90x200 / bunk for adults Small functional bathroom. For your baby: High chair, travel cot, changing pad, stroller.

This apartment is perfectly placed in between two lovely parks: Torshovdalen + Torshovparken. It is a beautiful building from 1920 and the apartment has been renovated recently. The subway is a 5 min walk and the bus to the center is on the doorstep. Grünerløkka is a short 15 min walk away. There are four sand volleyball courts 500m away. Latest check in time is 22:30 500NOK fee if it is later. Cleaning costs in Oslo are 1200NOK for two hours. I have put 500NOK so we share the cost.

Len deg tilbake og slapp av på dette rolige, elegante stedet. Når du kommer inn døren så er du i stuen. Med privat balkong og peis. En sofa og queen size seng. Ta trappen ned for å komme til kjøkken og bad. Kjøkkenbenken er ganske liten, men den har induksjonstopp og stekeovn. Leiligheten passer for en til to personer som ønsker å være nær turterreng og skiløyper. Fint utgangspunkt for turer i naturen. Samtidig kun 30 minutter fra Oslo sentrum med museer og restauranter.
