Utforsk vårt sjarmerende hus i Vika! Beliggende svært sentralt, kun 5 minutter fra Nationaltheatret og Aker Brygge, likevel godt skjermet i en frodig bakgård. Huset har to etasjer: i første etasje finner du et moderne kjøkken, stue og et soverom. Andre etasje inneholder bad, to soverom og en flott terrasse. Huset er opprinnelig en stallbygning fra 1895, men er modernisert i nyere tid til dagens standard. Likevel er mye av den eldre sjarmen bevart, og vi ønsker velkommen til en unik opplevelse!

Flott hage med sol hele dagen. 2 parkeringsplasser i garasje med elbillader. 6 minutter buss til Majorstua, kun 2 minutter gange til nærmeste busstopp, avgang hvert 15. minutt. Møblement avviker noe fra bilder, da boligen har vært stylet for salg. Det er dobbeltsenger på alle fire soverom

A very light, modern and spacious house, conveniently located near public transportation to easily get downtown or take a short 15 minute walk to Grünerløkka. Fire up the grill or have dinner on the roof balcony while enjoying the view of Oslo. A master bedroom and bath, two identical rooms with double beds and shared bathroom, and a single bed in the office space, there is plenty of place to sleep depending on your situation. We absolutely love this house and hope you will too :)

Sea view, a few meters to jetty and beaches. Rent single/double kayak. Bikes, fishing gear and tennis gear available for free.

Hage rett utenfor med fantastisk utsikt. Følelse av å være i naturen og kun 15 minutter med tog til Oslo sentrum. Sandvika sentrum og omegn er også verdt å utforske. Det er et stort kjøpesenter, strender og turområder i nærheten.

Retro in Risløkka

Peaceful property in Risløkka, Oslo. Close to bus lines and metro, and 20 minutes on pushbike to central Oslo. The garden is large and a bit unkempt, sorry, with wild animals, birds and the neighbours' cats. Lots of places to sit, with either sun or shade. Spacious inside too, with interior from the 50's and 60's. And lots of plants! We enjoy our house, hope you will too. Staying a while? Please help us feed the fish and water the plants. :)
