Auf diversen Terrassen findet ihr Sofas und Sessel zum verweilen - gerne könnt ihr Stuhl und Tisch in den Olivenhain oder ans Meer mitnehmen um euren eigenen Lieblingsplatz zu finden. Die beiden Apartments sind identisch ausgestattet und liegen nebeneinander mit separaten Eingängen - die Ausstattung ist nachhaltig und hochwertig.

The seaside cottage is constantly being renovated and is now available for up to 4 people with one large bedroom that includes two beds. There is a kitchen equipped with cooking station, fridge, all sorts of cookware, pans, kitchen tools and running hot water. The bathroom has been renovated and it has hot water whole year. Distance from the sea is only 20m.

Zavalatica is in the middle od the island, Korčula is 25 km away and Vela Luka 20 km. The sea is crystal clear, ideal for swimming, snorkeling and fishing. The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.
