Houten huisje, zelf gebouwd in 2020. Grotendeels met gerecycled materiaal. Op het huisje liggen maar liefst 20 zonnepanelen! De balken en de nok is lekker in het zicht gebleven, wat een ruimtelijk effect geeft. Een stalraampje uit de boerderij waar Karin geboren is, is in de nok verwerkt. De oude gele klinkertjes uit die boerderij vormen het terras, samen met de plavuizen uit de kelder. Als surprise heeft manlief voor Karin een hart gemaakt in het terras! Al met al een fijne plek om te vertoeven

It is 40 minutes from the airport.

Fietsverhuur is in de buurt.

Prachtige ligging in Santpoort Zuid nabij stranden van Bloemendaal, Zandvoort en Ijmuiden. Aan de ingang van de Kennemerduinen. Ook op fietsafstand: de beste winkelstad van Nederland Haarlem met zijn vele restaurants en gezellige kroegen. Goed bereikbaar met de trein en slechts 30 minuten van Amsterdam Centrum.

Gelegen aan het centrale dorpsplein van het prachtige dorpje Ilpendam, staat ons grote huis met een modern en luxe ingerichte studio op de begane grond. Ilpendam is een pittoresk dorpje vlakbij Amsterdam, in 10 minuten ben je met de bus op Amsterdam Centraal Station. Je hebt uitzicht op de tuin en het aangrenzende park met vlindertuin en speeltuintje. Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur.
