Der er træterrasser mod syd og øst – endvidere er der overdækket terrasse. Det er et moderne, stilfuldt helårshus for de miljøbevidste, da der er jordvarme og ekstra isolering, hvilket reducerer elforbruget væsentligt og gør huset yderst CO2-venligt.Der er gulvvarme overalt.

There are plenty of possibilities for enjoying the lovely region, where you can hike, enjoy the sea at the vast white, sandy beaches, and explore one of the longest MBT tracks on your mountain bike, which runs close to the house. Large living and dining room and a new kitchen and bathrooms. 3 bedrooms with room for 6. Firewood for the woodstove is included.

Hyggeligt sommerhus beliggende lige midt i klitlandskabet i det naturskønne Kettrup Bjerge kun 200 m fra stranden. Huset er af ældre dato og indvendigt renoveret i 2020 og indeholder nyt køkken med opvaskemaskine, vaskemaskine, komfur/ovn, køleskab og mikroovn, spisestue, stue med brændeovn, tre soveværelser og et badeværelse. Huset har en stor terrasse hævet over terræn, samt overdækket terrasse. Grunden har egen klit hvor der findes en "skjult" bænk, hvorfra man kan nyde havudsigt/solnedgang.

The cottage is located on the West Coast within walking distance to the beach, dune plantation and the cozy beach town Tversted. The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas. The cottage is fenced - with a large area, and you can therefore let your dog run free. NOTE: From May to August, the tent is open and there is therefore the possibility of 8 overnight guests. Welcome to our summerhouse by the beach. The house sits in a private location without prying eyes of people passing by, tucked in between the sand dunes of the west coast. Less than 100 meters via the private path from the house and you are on the most beautiful stetch of beach between Rødhus and Blokhus. The house was fully renovated in 2021. Theres is Fiber wireless internet, however no televisions as this is a place of relaxation - go out and enjoy the beach 😀

The house is designed so two families can life there together with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom in each of the ends. It is equipped with everything you need so you as a family can enjoy your stay. Relax and enjoy the summer in this beautiful cottage. The house is located on a scenic ground (2400 squeare meters ) from which you can glimpse the sea and enjoy the sunset. The house is located very close to the dunes (2nd row). The walk to the beach is only about 15 min mostly through the dunes. If you prefer it is also possible to take the car and drive on the beach.
