Stylish and charming with a lush Mediterranean garden and jewel like pool, the apartment is in a picturesque village with historic buildings going back to the 11th century. The market town of Pezenas is a 12 min drive, and the port town of Meze is a 15 min drive. There is much to explore in the area, beaches, vineyards, stunning scenery, ancient towns and the city of Montpellier 40 min drive away. There are 5 airports 40 -70 mins drive. There is a tennis court in the village - free to use.

A proximité de la station thermale, de l’étang de thau et des plages. Accès par piste piétonne et cyclable, 15 min à pied. Parking fermé, 1 place de parking privative. Local à vélos disponible dans la résidence. Arrêt de bus devant. Loggia intérieure, sans vis à vis.

Nous serons ravis de vous accueillir dans cet appartement qui se situe au niveau inférieur de notre maison. Vous disposerez d'un accès indépendant. La grande baie vitrée s'ouvre sur votre propre jardin ensoleillé. L'appartement moderne est parfaitement fonctionnel. Il vient d’être rénové (mai 2023). Il est parfaitement adapté pour les familles, et idéal pour accueillir les curistes. Une ligne de bus rejoint Balaruc. Idéal : Quelques dizaines de mètre vous séparent des bords de l'étang de Thau.
