Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We are a family of 5 - everyone with different interests, but all connected to our beautiful nature. Therefore, we can help you find something you enjoy - at our house or in Soča Valley!

Per raggiungere il golf mini attraversate il paese verso le montagne di roccia e venti metri prima di arrivare sulla strada che porta in valle a sinistra c'è l'indicazione del Golf mini.

Our house is located in Triglav National Park at the edge of a little village on the hillside of Pokljuka plateau, with beautiful views on the Bohinj valley. The house is comfortably equipped in rustic style and offers peaceful accommodation in pure nature. There are many possibilities for pleasant walks around the village. Nearby are many starting points for hikes in the beautiful mountains of Julian Alps. It is also close to turistic centers of Bohinj (10 km) and Bled (25 km).

Hello! My name is Sara and I am fulfilling my life as Matej’s wife and mother of three little boys. But I have also finished my Master’s Degree in Literature and know a great deal about history. Out of ordinary life and errands, I find joy in arts and cousine and for me, there is no greater excitement than packing our Nissan Patrol for a new adventure. Apartment was finished in 2016 in a new building. It is located on the GROUND floor of an apartment building (NO STAIRS TO CLIMB) in a quiet street close to town center (3 minutes walking). Guests has also its own FREE parking spot in front of a building. Apartment is easily accessible, no stairs to climb. Note: Tourist Tax is NOT INCLUDED and is paid additional 2€ per person a night on arrival. Pets are charged additionally - PET PER NIGHT: 10€
