In de achterkamer staat een 2-persoons bed (180*210cm), smart TV, een garderobekast met een zitje, de douche en het toilet. De voor- en achterkamer zijn door middel van een schuifdeur af te sluiten.

Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

De guesthouse heeft een fijne zithoek met smart-TV met netflix Extra verplichte kosten: Gebruik van de sauna en jacuzzi: € 50.- per nacht Schoonmaakkosten: € 65 euro per verblijf. We wonen aan een rustige straat met gratis parkeergelegenheid. Je hebt uitzicht op onze vrij gelegen tuin. Gratis Wifi, Digitale TV en Netflix zijn beschikbaar.

Hi! We are Lars and Erin and we live in beautiful Gouda. Erin is from the USA (Nebraska), and I grew up in Gouda. In 2019 we exchanged the city center for a beautiful house on the outskirts of Gouda. We chose this house because of the beautiful garden, but also because the garage gave us the opportunity to turn it into a cozy guesthouse for you to come and experience Gouda and the Netherlands! Beautifully situated on the edge of the Green heart. You can also sit in the garden. Leiden, Gouda, The Hague and Rotterdam are also accessible by bicycle. Plenty of delivery options for meals. In short, a great holiday home in this corona period. You are more than welcome.

It is located in a nice area, centrally in Utrecht, with a garden on the water and within a 10-minute walk you are in the center of Utrecht! You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for €7.50 per day. (That is 5 to 10 times cheaper than usual in Utrecht!)
