Take the Ferry to Katendrecht (6 minutes) and you will find yourself in the urban industrial part of the city with many restaurants & bars. The ‘Zuiderpark’ is at walking distance and grocery shops are around the corner. Beach at 40min drive by car

The house has an industrial look & feel but it's cosy and intimate at the same time.
