Come Relax and Enjoy the Breathtaking Views

Our house is located a quick five minute drive up the mountain in the historic nucleo of Piodina. The home is on three floors, recently restored bedroom upstairs, bathroom and kitchen in the middle floor, lounge with sofa bed on the bottom floor. We have a beautiful terrace for outside dining and a balcony to take in the breathtaking views and relax. The neighborhood is quiet with winding pathways typical of an historical Ticinese nucleo. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful house!

Ein mini-kleines Studio, dass auf kleinstem Raum alles hat um glücklich zu sein. Wer unabhängig seine Tessin Ferien günstig verbringen will ist hier richtig. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Tessin zu entdecken. Der Lago Maggiore zu Füssen, die Täler und die Zentren ( Locarno, Bellinzona und Lugano) auch mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Sowie auch die Märkte in Italien mit Auto oder ÖV gut erreichbar sind. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das Studio nur für eine Person!

Newly renovated and well equipped , the studio is near family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center, tourist attractions ( Madonna del Sasso), Cardada cable car, mini market. You’ll love this place because of the neighbourhood, the coziness, the wonderful view of lago maggiore and the mountains arround, the free parking, you can enjoy sunbathing in the garden. The studio is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

The Tower is a lovely and cosy apartment with an amazing view of Lake Maggiore. It is part of an ancient house situated in the romantic village of S.Agata at just fifteen minutes drive from the center of Cannobbio. Probably in very old times, this house was a kind of castle with his courtyard and the tower reaching 360 °of sight!
