The Mediterranean Villa Nina is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the small town of La Padula Sicca. It consists of 2 holiday apartments and exudes Italian flair. This barrier-free apartment has a comfortable living room with a dining area, a well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and offers place for 4 persons. Wi-Fi is available for a fee. The absolute highlight of the accommodation is the spacious outdoor area with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea.

Im sardischen Stil eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit kleiner Grünfläche und Gemeinschaftspool in kleiner und ruhiger, abgeschlossener Residenz. Zu den Stränden kommt man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto. Hundestrand ist in der Nähe. Wer es etwas quirliger mag fährt 5 min ins Zentrum von San Teodoro. Dort gibt es jede Menge Restaurants, Bars, Geschäfte und abendliche Unterhaltung und Märkte mit einheimischen Kunsthandwerk ect Langzeiturlaub/Überwintern mit extra Preisnachlass! Bitte nachfragen!
