Our property has a rich history, having been a bar and brothel in the late 1800s, then a travelers’ hotel in the mid-1950s. Now, thanks to platforms like Airbnb, the Capitol Hotel Building is once again welcoming travelers. We’ve transformed the original hotel rooms into spacious vacation suites that are perfect for visiting the National Parks or a weekend getaway. Our vacation suite is located in the heart of historic Buffalo, ensuring that you have everything you need for a memorable stay.

The cabin features a gas fireplace, a covered porch with skylights and also has a glass dining table with four chairs. This cabin has cable TV that is also a smart TV and wifi.

Set deep in the spruce along N Clear Creek and bordering Bighorn National Forest on the south, our beautiful and modern cabin is close to all summer and winter outdoor activities plus 10 minutes from groceries and shopping in historic Buffalo. Activities right outside the door include flyfishing, hiking, hunting, snowshoeing, and Xcountry skiing.

Horse corrals with automatic waters, 2 indoor box stalls. 3 miles from Buffalo, 4 miles from the Big Horn National forest, 6 miles from the Bud Love Winter Game Range. We have a UTV that can be rented. Also for rent are a gooseneck horse trailer, bumper pull horse trailer and a UTV trailer.
