Close to Bidwell Park, amazing restaurants and easy access to the freeway this is the perfect place to stay! This is a DRUG AND SMOKE FREE zone. $500 will be charged for non-compliance.

This home features an expansive redwood deck and gazebo, EV charger, multiple fire pits and a large tiled patio, a fully equipped CrossFit-style gym, a large barbecue island, a work from home setup, a large kitchen, an organic vegetable garden and orchard, and all the amenities you need.

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. You may hear a rooster in the AM. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

The Sycamore House

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in Chico. It is located just three blocks from the entrance to Bidwell Park for morning walks, or about 1/2 mile to the quaint downtown Chico area! This home has been updated from top to bottom and has every amenity you could ask for! There is also a fully fenced front and back yard area for your furry friends! Relax under the lights by the fire pit in the backyard. This place feels like home!
