There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

The master has a 55” TV connected to hi-fi speakers and has Philips Hue color changing lights.
