The bright exterior living room features two balconies overlooking Calle Patrocinio, a comfortable sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, and Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Cádiz. The open kitchen, fully equipped, is complemented by a cozy dining area for 4 people, ideal for enjoying meals with family or friends. The interior bedroom is peaceful and comfortable, with a double bed (1.50 x 2 m), built-in wardrobe, nightstands, and dresser, with ventilation to the communal interior patio. The modern bathroom, with shower and glass screen, combines functionality and style. The apartment is fully accessible, with no stairs, and is equipped with central air conditioning for both cooling and heating, ensuring comfort all year round. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses** During your stay, access to the room is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the room is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
