Apartamento Loft en pleno centro del casco antiguo de Cádiz. A un paseo de todos los centros de interés. Ideal para parejas o cuatro personas. Con todas las comodidades. Aire acondicionado, Wifi, TV Led (2), cocina con lavavajillas, horno, inducción, lavadora, etc. Máximas calidades. Cuarto de baño espectacular. Dos amplias camas de matrimonio, una de ellas a diferente altura y todo en un espacio diáfano. Ver fotos. No creo que encuentres nada mejor situado y de mejor relación calidad/precio.

This 2nd-floor apartment is situated in a newly refurbished 19th century house, which is located only 3 minutes either from the cathedral or from the central market. Everything in the historic centre of Cadiz is within a footwalk distance away from the apartment. The building is located in a pedestrian area and therefore quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms open to a patio of a 18th century convent and are even more quiet. From the roof-top you have a marvelous view over the atlantic ocean.

Beautiful loft with all you need private

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.

One bedroom with 1.80 m double bed and another with 1.35 m bed or bunk bed with two 90 cm beds. -Weekly cleaning is included in stays over 7 days. At the moment of check-out for shorter stays. An extra cleaning service is available upon request for an additional charge.
