This magnificent two-bedrooms apartament is inside of a renovated building where traditional architectural elements had been conserved such as exposed wooden beams on its high ceiling and "ostionera" stones, typical from old city of Cádiz. Upon entering the apartment, we have access to the spacious and bright living room, furnished with high-quality furniture and design elements, with a modern fully equipped open kitchen. Both sides of the living room we find the two independent bedrooms, both have completed en suite bathrooms with shower, double beds wich measures are 1.80 x 2.00 and integranted Tv. One of them also has a reading table. The whole apartament is exterior with four balconies facing General Luque street, which is few metres away from the most famous comercial streets in Cádiz, like San Francisco and Culumela and steps away from the main monuments and atractions of Cádiz historic centre. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Apartamento Loft en pleno centro del casco antiguo de Cádiz. A un paseo de todos los centros de interés. Ideal para parejas o cuatro personas. Con todas las comodidades. Aire acondicionado, Wifi, TV Led (2), cocina con lavavajillas, horno, inducción, lavadora, etc. Máximas calidades. Cuarto de baño espectacular. It has lateral views to the Ocean and to the Cathedral.

Según se entra en la finca se ve la esencia de Cádiz con el típico patio de vecinos , situado en un segundo piso sin ascensor,llegas al apartamento en el que espero y deseo puedas disfrutar de la maravillosa ciudad de Cádiz, sin coger el coche paseando por sus calles peatonales .Al ser interior es muy tranquilo para descansar .

Beautiful loft with all you need private

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.

Apartamento en una de las mejores playas de Cádiz, la playa de La Victoria, rodeado de comercios, supermercados, bares y restaurantes de todo tipo. La calle se encuentra en una zona peatonal, sin ruidos. Próximo al centro de Cádiz y en plena avenida justo al lado de la parada de autobús. Una terraza muy amplia donde tomar un desayuno o unas tapas por la noche. Acceso a la playa en un minuto.

First line beach placed refurbished apartment

Totally refurbished apartment, placed in first line off the beach in playa de Victoria. All kind of services in the surroundings. The building has a janitor, and you can take the bus just in front to visit city center. There is a parking a few meters away (not included).
