Appartement en duplex en plein cœur de la vieille ville de Cagliari, dans le quartier de stampace. Petite rue calme et colorée à proximité de la zone commerçante et du port. Logement entièrement neuf, rénové par une agence d’architecture parisienne. Grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine ouverte, très lumineux et vue sur la vieille ville. The Pandemic taught me a new way of hosting by organising the apartment as ideal base to work remotely with High Speed Fiber Internet and desk, using cleaning products approved by the health and safety ministry, having aircon/ heating system deep-claeaned and subsequnetly certified by a specialised firm. I am looking forward to my next guests!

Nel cuore della città vecchia, potrete respirare le atmosfere medioevali del quartiere di Castello. La mia casa è piccola ma accogliente e luminosa, dispone di tutti i confort, ma quello che la rende davvero speciale è il bellissimo panorama. Attenzione il quartiere si trova su una collina, quindi per arrivare la strada è sempre in salita! Ma allo stesso tempo questa posizione è strategica per raggiunge brevemente la zona turistica, tutte le attrazioni, il porto, la stazione e gli autobus.
