Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist perfekt, nette Restaurants, Cafés, Fahrradverleih und Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sie können in diesem Ferienhaus ohne Auto übernachten. Direkt gegenüber vom Haus ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die schönen Strandbuchten Cala Selena und Cala Ferrera sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt, der Yachthafen von Cala d’Or ca 10 Min. Autofahrt bzw 1/2h zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Fußgängerzone von Cala d’Or befinden sich Restaurants, Boutiquen und Souveniershops.

Magica piscina tipo alberca para refrescarte en los días de sol. La ubicación es perfecta para ciclistas, amantes del vino y a tan sólo 30min de Palma y las mejores playas.

Nimm die ganze Familie mit in diese tolle Unterkunft mit viel Platz für Spaß und Unterhaltung. Auf ca. 110m² Wohnfläche verteilen sich ein Wohnzimmer, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 1 Gäste-WC sowie Küche mit allen Geräten. Im Winter 2022/2023 wurde das Haus komplett saniert und mit neuen Möbeln, neuer Küche, neuer Klimaanlage, schnelles W-Lan ausgestattet. Alles wurde mit Liebe neu eingerichtet, damit Sie sich als unsere Gäste bei uns wohlfühlen. Fotos werden Mitte März aktualisiert.

La propiedad de 50 m² consta de una sala de estar, una cocina bien equipada, 1 dormitorio y 1 baño, por lo que puede alojar a 2 personas. Los servicios adicionales incluyen Wi-Fi de alta velocidad (apto para hacer videollamadas) con un espacio de trabajo dedicado para la oficina en casa, así como aire acondicionado. También hay disponible una cuna y una trona.

Beautiful Villa with sea views located on the first line of the Portocolom Bay. Recently renovated in a Mediterranean style. It consists of 3 double rooms en suite. A studio with sofa bed and toilet. All with hot/cold pump and fan. At the main entrance, a spacious living room with sea views, fireplace and television. At the back of the house, the kitchen and the dining room share a large open space with access to the sunny 200m2 patio with a sofa and hammocks.
