Granny's farm; Wineries, Views, Gardens, Animals

Rural area 20 minutes from Placerville. Surrounded by 25 Wineries in Somerset and Fairplay. Apple Hill 20 minutes. Rivers, lake, hiking trails all close by. Skiing 45 minutes Choice of good restaurants, Great grocery store, all minutes away. Spacious living, In-Law unit located below my home. Separate and completely private. Patio, yard, parking and entry door, all private and separate. Gated security. Sheep and Tortoises live here. Welcome to visit them. I can provide treats to feed.

Hummingbird House at Organic Gardens1

Hummingbird House is a tiny house decorated in a vintage style, with quality craftsmanship, making use of all recycled building materials. Tucked away on 20 acres with gardens all around, goats, hens, ducks, dogs and cats. The house is newly remodeled and has kitchen, bathroom, double bed, single bed/nook/couch, and dining area table and chairs, with modern heating and air conditioning. Coffee, herbal teas from the garden, sugar, honey, creamy goat milk and cheese are all supplied from the farm.

From your own private brick patio & secret garden, you will be welcomed inside to polished wood floors, deep soak Jacuzzi tub/ hand-held European style shower, comply QUEEN bed, quality linens, everything clean to a 't'. Welcome to Cedar Pines Cabin! Our rustic 1100 sq. ft. 2 bedroom 1 bath home is perfect for a couple with children or a few friends to enjoy a getaway in the woods of gorgeous Pollock Pines. Our cozy cabin features cedar walls, a wood burning stove, an automatic backup generator and an outdoor gas firepit. Maximum (4) adults and 1 child five years old or younger. Further details below.

Rambler's Roost

Our guesthouse is across the driveway from the main house on 1.5 acres on a quiet country road, yet only 2 miles from Old Town Auburn, 3 miles from the Auburn State Recreation Area, and 1.5 hours from Lake Tahoe. The guesthouse is approximately 300 sq ft and has its own entrance with convenient parking. It’s perfect for a single or couple and is suitable for longer term stays.
