The guesthouse is attached to our main house but is completely separated and has its own entrance. It is a craftsman style that features cozy radiant floors and vibrant art. The house is well built and insulated so sound between the two houses is barely noticiable. We have provided a private patio with a BBQ and outdoor table and chairs, separate and isolated from our communal backyard. You can enjoy both the private patio as well as the communal backyard, depending on your preference.

Pet Friendly Guest House Getaway

Dog Friendly! Remodeled guest house in quaint, very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Private entrance and parking space. Detached from the main house with a private fenced yard. Within city limits, but with an out-of-town feel. (No city lights! The stars are incredible!) only a few miles from the lakes, with the added benefit of being only a short drive to returaunts, shopping, bars, and everything Flagstaff has to offer. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located in south central Chino Valley, 15 miles north of Prescott, this guesthouse is on a small farm with friendly goats and chickens. The balcony overlooks the mountains and at night the sky is full of stars. All friendly dogs are welcome as this house has it's own fenced in yard for a $30 pet fee/stay.
