One of three that were part of Rimrock Ranch Bar Lazy-R, a "dude ranch" where VIPs and movie stars would stay as they were filming westerns in the Sedona area or relaxing. It is the lower level of my home and is a separate, private area with it's own entrance. My home is listed for a max of 2 adult guests. Very spacious inside and outside. 17 miles to Sedona, 11 Jerome 3 mile from Old Town Cottonwood. I do live here and take great care of my home.
