This detached appartment has 55 mp with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and terrace. It is built in the traditional tuscan style with stone and wood. Its 20 minutes drive to the sea,1 hour to Siena, 2 hours to Rome and Florence, 5 minutes to Caldana city Center where you have all amenities (groceries, bank, Postoffice,3 restaurants..) You will find a lot of activities like horseriding,excursions of history and plants,winetasting and kilometers of wonderfull beaches, watch the birds and wild animals.

La Torre ist einer von zwei antiken Wachtürmen im wunderschönen Ort Marciana Marina. Der Turm wurde schon auf Karten des 16. Jahrhunderts als Torre di Poggio vermerkt und im 18. Jahrhundert als Zollstelle fuer die Handelsware von See umfunktioniert. Im Jahr 2023 wurde der Turm von einer Interior -Designerin umgebaut. Das Resultat ist eine Synergie aus antiken Resten und modernem Komfort. Die einzigartige Lage direkt über dem Wasser lassen jeden Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis werden.

Siamo a 6/7 minuti d'auto dalle spiagge di M.di Campo, Cavoli, Fetovaia, ecc..Il nostro Paese ha, al centro , un piccolo borgo medioevale ed intorno altri siti storici antichi . E' ad un altitud. di 220 m , nei pressi ci sono boschi che danno un alternativa alla giornata in spiaggia . Dal P.le Belvedere si vedono le isole del Giglio, Pianosa , Montecristo e l'Argentario...... Data l'altitudine la temperatura è gradevole sempre. Su internet , San Piero - paese dell'isola d'Elba.

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.

Villa Casalina, prestigious construction completed in 2024 and immersed in an olive grove on the plain in front of the splendid beach of Marina di Campo. The Casalina Montecristo apartment has a solarium terrace, barbecue, outdoor shower and enclosed garden.
