Es una rehabilitación de una casa antigua si bien, se han conservado elementos arquitectónicos de su origen de construcción en el siglo XV, también preservando el carácter de la vivienda con los muebles que en la familia hemos hecho artesanalmente. Santa Margalida está ubicada a ocho kilómetros del mar, frente a la bahía de Alcudia.
