My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The apartment is above our detached garage with a private balcony. Stunning views of city lights and rolling hills. If you have little ones we have a fire pit for smores. Our full size kitchen and laundry facilities within the apartment. Winterwarm Cottage, minifarm stay and wine tasting

Winterwarm Cottage is the guest house of my rustic mini-farm. It offers a cozy, comfortable getaway and a chance to meet and mingle with a variety of friendly farm animals . Centrally located between the beaches and Temecula Wine Country, both an easy 30 minute drive away, and right around the corner from the Fallbrook Winery. Included in your stay of 3 days or more can be a complimentary wine tasting at the beautiful Fallbrook Winery, ($40 value) or with a 2 day stay, a 2 for 1 tasting.

Guest Suite in Menifee

The guest suite offers a comfortable stay with a queen-size cool-gel/memory foam mattress, a living area equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, and a smart code door lock for check-in. It is conveniently located close to wineries in Temecula and within reasonable driving distance of San Diego/Irvine/Riverside. To bring a pet, please confirm with your host as pets may be allowed upon request, subject to certain conditions or restrictions. We are a NO SMOKING of ANY KIND property.

A-Frame in the Clouds

Bailes Farm was chosen 2nd best glamping destination in the U.S. by Hipcamp in 2023. Remote A-Frame off-grid cabin with expansive ocean and mountain views. On a clear day, enjoy an expansive view of the Pacific Ocean. The A-Frame is located in a former avocado grove that is slowly being re-established with diverse permaculture. Everything is provided for cooking and eating, as well as a hot shower and composting toilet. The bed will be made for you with clean bedding.

Our 1250-square-foot cozy home features two bedrooms and one bathroom. A generous living room has ample seating options and stunning views of the lake out of multiple large Windows. Outside above the home has a large deck with comfortable furniture. There is other ample seating around the property where you can get a relaxing view of the lake and scenery in all directions. The home is a relaxin getaway from the city life where you can relax and unwind in peace.

Close to wineries in Temecula and skydiving. 1-1.5 hours to beach, Disneyland and many amusement and water parks.
