Rental cars with airport transfer (2h) is also available. ** The holidayhome is located in the mountains with a view into the nature. It has a pool (not heated) and a private garden area. We strongly recommend to have a car. From the house you can reach many points of interest (the vulcanic islands, the Etna etc). Even supermarkets, ice cream shops and restaurants are close to the house. The beach is 20 minutes away.

ENGLISH AND DUTCH BELOW Holiday apartment Chiara (CIN:IT083009C2KYMPSXMW - CIR:19083009C213174) Situato in centro a circa 260 metri dalla spiaggia, circa 450 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria e circa 300 metri dal corso pedonale principale, coi suoi negozi, ristoranti, locali e qualche area giochi per bambini. L’appartamento è al piano terra. La spiaggia é quasi tutta libera e non si é obbligati ad affittare i lettini in un lido per godersi il mare. Tutte le tasse di soggiorno sono incluse.

A pochi metri i principali servizi: ristoranti, pizzerie, paninerie, bar, supermaket ,2 porti turistici. Il porto per le Eolie ,terminal -bus per Messina e Catania , a 600 mt. Il castello e borgo a 300 mt. Spiagge vicine.

La casa è molto spaziosa (150mq), vi sono 2camere da letto, 2 bagni entrambi dotati di doccia, una cucina con salotto munita di televisore, una grande e luminosa mansarda in cui vi è un televisore 55 pollici, e due divani letto. Da qui potrete accedere al terrazzino con vista sul mare, anch'esso dotato di cucina, tavolo da pranzo, sdraio, divanetti su cui potersi rilassare e godere del meraviglioso panorama: il mare, la spiaggia ed il promontorio del Tindari.

Newly built apartment, just 3 minutes on foot from the beach. The apartment has a bedroom with queen bed and a big living room with kitchen. In the living room there is s also a bed sofa. The apartment can host 4 persons. The kitchen is very comfortable and includes: microwave, oven, dishwasher and laundry washer. Car parking is inside and for free. There is also a barbecue area, a big garden and also a yard (with external table and chairs).
