La casa gode di un terrazzo veranda con una vista mare mozzafiato. Dispone di 1 camera matrimoniale,1 bagno, cucina dotata di tutti i comfort (TV satellitare W-FI lavastoviglie macchina caffè divano letto matrimoniale)attigua alla terrazza attrezzata con tavolo sedie divanetto e sdraio.

La “Casa Marina” di mq. 45, è stata da poco restaurata ed è ubicata nel centro storico di Milazzo, sul panoramico lungomare della “Marina Garibaldi”. Nel raggio di pochi metri si trovano i principali servizi: ristoranti, pizzerie, paninerie, bar, farmacie, supermercati . Il porto ed il terminal per le navi e aliscafi, per le Isole Eolie sono a circa 600 mt. Il castello Arabo-Normanno e l’antico borgo, a circa 300mt. Le spiagge libere e le strutture balneari sono facilmente raggiungibili .
