Exceptional new holiday villa on Hvar Island

After 5 years of careful planning and construction, Nine Olives Hvar, my purpose-built holiday house was completed in June 2024. It offers exceptional design and views, with magnificent sunsets. Many guests have now enjoyed it. All have praised both the house and location. Nine Olives Hvar is a short stroll to a beautiful beach and swimming area, and to the lovely town of Stari Grad. The olive trees surround this small stone house.The house is built from natural materials.Electricity is provided by solar panels and water is naturally sourced.Situated 10 min. drive from the beach and village of Prižba.Town Blato is 3km away where you have shops,bus stop,etc.We recommend getting to the house by car.Should you require to rent a car we can provide that service.If you are looking for a beautiful view of sea,islands,with some peace and quiet feel free to make a booking. A sea captain's villa, beside the sea with views!

Restored from a ruin over 7 years, this house benefits from panoramic sea views, access to the sea, as well as having a pool. If you're looking to escape, you might come and never want to leave! There are lots of water activities for all ages. If you'd just like to look at the sea, but prefer ambling, there are coast as well as hill walks. Viganj village shop provides essentials, and Orebic is only 15 minutes away for a weekly shop. Korcula (Island and historic town) is just across the bay.

The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
