Lovely village house, East Pyrenees

This quaint village house is located high up in the pretty hillside village of Rodes. Rodes rests in the Languedoc Roussillon/Pyrenees-Orientales region of France where Mount Canigou dominates the skyline. A 30 minute drive takes you to Perpignan and the stunning Mediterranean coast. The house has breath taking views of Mount Canigou from the rooftop terrace and can comfortably sleep up to 4 persons. It has a private garage, free WIFI and two bikes available for guests to use. On the ground floor is the walk through garage and a utility area with a washing machine. The two bedrooms are on the first floor. The 2nd floor offers open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen and an area for relaxing and eating. From here you access the sunny outdoor terrace and the mezzanine bathroom. The house and the area are perfect for a relaxing get away from it all holiday. Nearby is a village shop and easy access to the main road between Perpignan and Andorra. The village of Vinca is within walking distance and you can swim, relax and sunbathe on the shores of the crystal clear lake. Maison Mimosa is located in an exceptionally picturesque area ideal for walking and mountain biking as well as a visit to the world reknowned hot springs at Thomas Les Bains. During the winter season, the nearest slopes are just a 45 minute drive away. The 50 euros rate per night is negotiable dependent on number of guests, number if nights booked and the season. Newly renovated, views! comfort!

Chez Alice is the topmost house in the beautiful village of Caramany. Since 2020 it has gone through extensive renovations, and it is opening for holidaymakers from late spring of 2024. The top floor has a breathtaking terrace that looks over the village all the way to the lake. An open plan living room and kitchen is beautifully furnished and light filled. The three bedrooms have top quality mattresses. The bathrooms are new. Other features are the vine covered terrace and the secret garden.

Het is een van de drie appartementen in Gites-terroirs-Occitanie Sprankelend wit, genoemd naar de druivensoort waarvan in onze regio een heerlijke, sprankelende witte wijn wordt gemaakt. Een zeer ruim en comfortabel appartement (85 m²) voor één tot vier personen. De uitzichten vanuit de salon en vanaf het terras zijn adembenemend. Mauzac beschikt over twee aparte slaapkamers. We accepteren de huisdieren tegen een kleine vergoeding.

This romantic tower apartment features two balconies, private outdoor dining, and beautiful views of Perpignan and Mount Canigou. The unforgettable bedroom features original oak beams . There is a full private kitchen. The office space provides a cheerful, energizing place to work. High ceilings and many windows fill the space with light, perfect for an artist’s studio (we provide the easel). The white dining chairs previously belonged to the famous French actress, Bond girl Sophie Marceau.

La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.
