Localizado numa praça com restaurantes e supermercado. Ideal para férias na praia, surf, ou lazer com amigos e família. Looking for a big, beautiful and modern apartment right next to the beach? You found it. 4 big bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, balcony and a little bit of a sea view located 1 minute walk from the beach. Big open kitchen & living room. We have many restaurants, bars, bakery and a supermarket within 1 minute walking distance. Important Notice: Since the municipality of Cascais started to charge a touristic tax of 4 euros/night/person, up to 7 nights (under 13 exempt) and the platform cannot charge it, I have to ask you directly.

Renovated in 2020, the apartment has 1 bedroom and en-suite bathroom, open plan kitchen (fully equipped), dining and living space and a sunny balcony. All the appliances in the apartment are electrical.
