La casa, situata al piano terra di un antica palazzina ottocentesca, prospetta su un piccolo ma curato giardino. Pur essendo in pieno centro è silenziosa. L'abitazione è situata in una strada ai margini del centro storico, che può sembrare una strada di periferia, ma ha il grande pregio di essere molto vicino al centro storico di Palermo e permette di visitare la città a piedi con assoluta facilità. Siamo vicino al mare, la presenza delle navi che si percepisce, è molto suggestiva

The flat has been completely renovated by me, Roman architect who after 10 years of practice in London has decided to move to Palermo and open a studio here. The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.
