In late 2020 my wife and I bought our dream property in Puglia. Our renovated home retains many original features but has been modernised internally with air-conditioning throughout. In 2024 we completed our amazing pool area and extensive works to the surrounding land. This unique antique villa is in a great location, less than 5 minutes from Ceglie Messipica and just over 10 minutes from Ostuni. This year we want to share our home with guests and hope you enjoy staying here as much as we do!

Casa degli Aragonesi is a charming antique house located in the heart of Ostuni, featuring high arched ceilings and ancient tiled floors. The house has two floors and a double panoramic rooftop terrace, overlooking the sea and the historic center. It has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a wide kitchen with island, a dining room, and a lounge area with comfortable built-in sofas. A staircase leads to the two-level terrace, featuring an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor shower and a dining area.

OSTUNI - Luxury villa, with private pool with salt water, with 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms. The villa can accomodate 6 adults and 2 children . Concierge service 24/7 Perfectly located to explore the entire Puglia, 5 km from sea, 5 km from Ostuni center. Bed linens and towels provided. Weekly clean-up of the villa, with change of linens/towels, and of the pool. Private onsite parking, barbecue, Sea view. Dishwasher, American coffee machine, espresso coffee, microwave, kettle.

In wenigen Minuten ist man an den Stränden und Restaurants von Santa Sabina oder den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Carovigno. Bis Ostuni der berühmten "Weißen Stadt" fährt man etwa 15 Minuten. Für die sonnigen aber kühleren Monate verfügt die Villa über eine Gaszentralheizung und Kaminofen. Für den Sommer sind Klimaanlagen vorhanden.

The extra large 12m by 6m pool is lined by a long seat with double mattresses for comfortable lounging. The layout allows for family groups to enjoy their own private room spaces. When its time, everyone can come together under the huge gazebo, perfect for entertaining, relaxing, eating, drinking. The outside kitchen is impressively equipped with wood fired oven and charcoal grill.
