Snowmobile trails are accessible from the cabin, and ATV trails with parking are accessible from nearby Kingfield (6 miles north). Ski Sugarloaf, bike the Carrabassett Valley trails, hike the Bigelow Preserve, or just relax by the river - this area has it all!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Bearbrook Cabin, nestled on the side of a mountain, offers modern amenities in a rustic natural setting. Watch the brook run down the mountain while sipping coffee on the deck. Listen to the birds and river while working remotely in the sun room. Conveniently located to 4-season recreation: hiking, hunting, fishing, swimming, boating, skiing, snowmobiling, ATVing and more. 30 min from Rumford, Bethel, Sunday River, Black Mountain, and Mt. Lemon Stream runs through the property and you can go fishing and explore the 3 acre woodland. Nicely furnished with new appliances, a new hot tub, and all the amenities, this little cabin is the perfect getaway!

Our 2BR, 1BA eco-friendly chalet is tucked back from the road, with distant neighbors and fast WiFi. You can be surrounded by nature but only minutes from lovely restaurants, local shops, grocery store, gas station and tons of trails, rivers & lakes for snowshoeing, XC, snowmobiling, hiking, huts, MTB, kayaking & more.

Ski In/Ski Out Sugarloaf Sugartree 2 Deluxe Studio

This cozy and comfy ski in/ski out condo is in a desirable location and just a short chairlift ride to the base of Sugarloaf Mountain. Ski or mountain bike directly from the condo! Family friendly. A queen bed settled in an alcove, queen murphy bed and pull out full size sofa bed provide plenty of sleeping space. Convenient indoor access to the pool, hot tubs, and sauna at the Sugarloaf Sports and Fitness Center (additional fees apply). Full kitchen, and one of the few with AC for summer!

Welcome to our Shackteau! Close to loaf + trail!

Unique ski chalet five minutes from Sugarloaf access road, with snowshoe / XC ski trail from the property that connects to valley trail system. Cozy, all-wood interior with funky bunk bed tower, homey propane stove, and den with bar and large TV. Equally well-suited for families, friends, and responsible mountain enthusiasts! We love our shackteau and know you will, too! We received negative feedback on our last cleaner so we have a new AWESOME cleaner :)
