Just a few minutes walk to the Shipyard Brew Haus. It is directly next to the Snubber Trail and Lift mid-station. A nearby trail system links to the Nordic Center for skiing, biking, and snowshoeing. Very comfy King size bed, twin bed, pull out couch, full size refrigerator and a 55" TV with Netflix, Hulu... Ideal location!!

Note: the sauna and hot tubs are NOT available in the summer and fall. On a dead-end street abutting Brackett Brook in Snowbrook Village, it is quiet and secluded. We are right next to the cross-country skiing, walking/hiking, mountain biking and snowshoeing trails. Walk approximately 700’ (2-3 minutes) to the Snubber ski lift or take the free shuttle that stops at the corner of the road and our parking lot every 20-30 minutes, depending on time of day.
