Apartment has radiant heat in the floor, so its always warm and toasty. We have great internet and the apt is fully furnished. Pets are negotiable, we love dogs, but we MUST approve of them in advance. Pet fee is $100. Hot tub is available, it is shared with main house. Absolutely no smoking please.
