A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

Dieses schöne von einem Garten und einer grosszügigen Terrasse umgebene Haus (170 qm einschließlich der Garage) steht auf einem 1.400 qm großen Grundstück ganz am Ende der Straße, die dann in einen Feldweg übergeht, der in das riesige, bis zum Meer reichende Naturschutzgebiet führt. Der Flughafen Lissabon ist 150 Kilometer die A 8 entlang und der Flughafen Porto 180 Kilometer die A17 entlang entfernt.

Located at an altitude of 470m, the house boasts stunning views of up to 50 miles on a clear day. Recently restored to a high standard, the guesthouse comes complete with a private wood-burning hot tub (October-May) that can be a plunge pool in summer and a larger shared swimming pool that can be private upon request.

Our house is also within 7 miles from the beach. Shops, restaurants and other amenities can be found within a mile.

The apartment is located 100m from the beach. Our apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals during your stay. Dishwasher and laundry machine are also provided (as well as respective washing powders). Praia do Pedrógão is a fishermen village, fish can be bought directly from beach. Nearby beaches may be explored by bike using cycling routes (you can rent it at the bakery!) Pets are not allowed inside the apartment.
