Surrounded by greenery, the apt. has been just restored according to chromotherapy values (March 2022). One spacious bedroom + terrace overlooking the woods, 1 bathroom, new kitchen, living room with sofa-bed and another terrace. 4th floor, high, light all day (in the morning on the bedroom side; in the afternoon on the living room side). The building, with 2 lifts, has free parking and a newly opened gymnasium on the ground floor. A dream apartment to rest on vacation just 900 m from the sea.

The apartment has a central and privileged location, 2 minutes walk from Praia da Rainha and Praia da Conceição (main beaches). One-minute walk from Cascais Train Station and 2 minutes from Central Bus Station. You will find all kinds of restaurants and cafés, supermarkets, shopping center, stores, rental bikes , private & public parking. There are many touristic points in the neighborhood such as Casa das Histórias de Paula Rego, Sea Museum, Cascais Marina, the Cidadela, the Cascais Lighthouse.

Espaço pequeno mas muito acolhedor. Estúdio, cozinha e wc com duche. Muito bem situado numa linda avenida , a 15 mim a pé do centro de Cascais e do mar. inserido num prédio mas com entrada própria. Pequeno super mercado no prédio. Small but very cozy space. Studio, kitchen and bathroom with shower. Very well located on a beautiful avenue, 15 minutes walk from the center of Cascais and the sea.inserted in a building but with its own entrance. Small super market in the building.
