Ideally located, in the heart of the old Cascais village. Very peaceful and cosy, 5 minutes walk to the beach and Marina. Small terrace with view to the sea. **************************************** O apartamento é um pequeno duplex no último andar de um prédio de 2 andares. Tem sala, um quarto de dormir, casa de banho e cozinha no andar principal e dois pequenos quartos, uma salinha e uma casa de banho no sótão.  O apartamento está totalmente equipado, com máquinas de lavar loiça e roupa, micro ondas, torradeira, maquina de café, maquina de sumos, fogão, forno, frigorífico , pratos, copos, talheres, etc. Terá ao seu dispor lençóis e toalhas de banho. A fantástica vista do terraço e a luz que entra em toda a casa são os melhores aspectos deste apartamento. Apesar de se encontrar perto do centro de Cascais (com restaurantes, bares e supermercado na zona) este apartamento é extremamente sossegado. A marina, onde tem a oferta de mergulho ou pesca desportiva esta a 5 minutos a pé. Campos de golfe, ténis e padel a 5 minutos de carro. Estação de comboio para Lisboa e bus para Sintra a 5 minutos a pé.

A casa está situada a 700 m da praia num bairro residencial sossegado. Tem uma grande varanda sobre o vale em frente e com vista para o mar. No piso inferior encontra-se a sala de estar com 40 m2 com lareira, um quarto com casa de banho e uma cozinha. No piso superior um quarto em suite com casa de banho, um segundo quarto com 2 camas e um terceiro quarto com uma cama individual e outra cama por baixo da primeira. Os dois últimos quartos dispõem de uma casa de banho comum. O jardim é vedado A casa tem um abrigo para um carro e há sempre lugares para parqueamento grátis na rua. O meu espaço é bom para famílias (com crianças). Em alternativa existe um cofre para recolha das chaves A casa situa-se numa colina verdejante e sossegada, numa das zonas mais elegantes do Estoril, a 10 minutos a pé da praia.

Old town house in the heart of Cascais. If you fancy a morning swim in the Cascais Bay, maybe buying some fish from the market fresh out of the ocean ... In the afternoon (after a quick nap of course) maybe a stroll in dowtown Cascais, an icecream from Santini, and how about a jog near the ocean?
