Quail Gate is a spacious, comfortable solar-powered home situated on Rhizing Ground Farm. It features an exceptional kitchen, 4-6 person hot tub, and sweeping views of the farm's orchard; pasture, and pond. Here you will find beautiful landscaping, children's play swings, walking paths, and more. 11% Mendocino Tax is collected via Airbnb. Kids 2/under = free. We honor the land's history and ancestral stewards by giving 5% of every night stayed to indigenous Mendocino tribes and organizations

Private cottage has ocean view, and is just across the road from Caspar Headlands State Park. Enter through private gate into your own garden with outdoor seating. Inside the cottage, there is a kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge, a cozy gas fireplace, free wifi and t.v. with Roku, comfy queen bed with new mattress and quality bedding, tile floor, skylights, full bath with claw foot tub, artistic and period details. From the cottage, walk to the beach, or 5 minute drive to Mendocino.

The Cliff House at Otter Point

Poised on the bluff overlooking the Pacific, the Cliff House at Otter Point is unlike any other vacation home on the coast! Consisting of 3- hexagonal structures surrounding an open spa deck, it can accommodate up to 8 adults in separate semi-private sleeping areas. Base rate is for 4-Guests. *11% Bed Tax is added at the time of booking. *Additional guests are $35 per person, per night, plus tax. *Eight (8) Guests is the maximum allowed. *No events or parties allowed

Pacific Gem - Jewel of the Bluff

Pacific Gem overlooks the ocean. Two bedroom 2-bath home just a few miles from the quaint town of Mendocino. You will see whales, birds, and incredible sunsets. There is also a separate cottage that can be rented separately or with the house. Found under Albion, CA. "Quaint Ocean Cottage". The 11% county tax is included in the nightly rates. A separate owner Rental Agreement is required. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $50.00

Tucked between the Pigmy Forest and redwoods, this charming one-bedroom 400 sq. ft. cabin is in the sunbelt close to Mendocino Village. It’s located on a 20-acre property, with a full kitchen, bedroom, shower & bathroom. Sorry no pets Down the road, you can hike or bike alongside Big River, where sea lions, birds & other wildlife are plentiful. Wake up to a morning Nespresso with frothed creamer, while listening to the sounds of nature.

The Photographer's Studio

The studio is a sun-filled, very spacious private room with en suite bathroom, and South facing deck, located in a separate building behind the main house in a large flower & fruit tree filled yard. The yard is often shared with Felix our playful tuxedo cat and Blossom our McNab Shepherd. We also rent "Osprey Aerie", the apartment upstairs, featuring a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer.

You won't be able to get closer to the ocean. Our mid-century house features original redwood interiors and breathtaking ocean views. The cottage sits on a 3-acre wooded ocean front property shielding you from the outside world and providing you with the privacy to relax while watching whales passing by. The views have inspired 3 different guests to propose in our property!

Adorable owner built cabin with custom open beam ceilings nestled in the forest adjacent to Jackson State Forest, providing endless trails for hiking and biking. Quiet forest setting, yet conveniently located between Mendocino and Fort Bragg and minutes from the beach and either town, making this a perfect location to enjoy all of the Mendocino coast.
