Solo per amanti della natura. L'antica fattoria Pieve di Caminino, biologica, è un importante sito storico: ex pieve medievale sorta all'incrocio di due strade romane, ospitò due santi (la chiesa del XII secolo è oggi un museo privato, visitabile dagli ospiti, su appuntamento). Oggi copre 200 ettari di proprietà privata recintata, posta su una collina panoramica. Sette alloggi condividono una tenuta con piscina (stagionale), due laghetti, un uliveto centenario, vigneto e una foresta di sughere.

Villetta indipendente a 2 piani con giardino e posto auto, completamente ristrutturata nel 2021. Ubicata all'ombra della pineta a pochi passi dalla spiaggia (5 min) e dalla passeggiata di Marina di Castagneto dove si trovano negozi, ristoranti e altri locali pubblici. La villetta è composta al piano terra da soggiorno-pranzo, cucina, bagnetto di servizio-lavanderia; al primo piano 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni con box doccia. A disposizione wifi, aria condizionata, patio esterno con veranda, bbq.

Nel grande cortile esterno troverete a vostra disposizione una grande piscina con terrazza panoramica che si affaccia su una valle con vista mozzafiato su vigneti e oliveti dove godersi tramonti spettacolari.

The strategic position allows to make excursions, thermal paths, archaeological, food and wine and are within just an hour by car, the most important art cities of Tuscany (Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Florence). Castagneto Carducci is a beautiful medieval village dating back to the year 1000.

At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.
