Romantic Apartment with Garden & Rooftop Views

Our apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historical building. In our well-equipped kitchen you'll find coffe, tea, wine and... some useful pieces of advice to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible! We'll welcome you personally and offer you your first breakfast in Venice, too. The apartment is in the popular Castello neighbourhood. It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

Un piccolo appartamento curato in ogni dettaglio ideale per due persone che si trova a 10 minuti da Piazza San Marco. L'affaccio privato sul canale da una parte e la corte interna dall'altra lo rendono unico nel suo genere. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata e Wi-Fi illimitato e nelle vicinanze ci sono numerosi negozi, cicchetterie e ristoranti tipici. Secondo le disposizioni per prevenire il contagio Covid-19, dopo ogni soggiorno viene effettuata una sanificazione con trattamento all'ozono.

In nur zwei Stationen könnt Ihr mit dem Vaporetto zum Strand des Lido fahren und nach nur einer Station erreicht Ihr den Markusplatz.

Ca'Vallo est un charmant petit appartement de 40m² récemment restauré, situé au bord d'un canal. Il se trouve dans un quartier très calme encore typiquement vénitien avec ses commerces et ses bars animés. On rejoint la place Saint Marc ou le Rialto en dix minutes de marche.

Beautiful flat near Biennale

L'appartamento si trova al piano terra, dispone di due camere da letto, un primo bagno più grande con vasca e un bagno più piccolo con doccia. La posizione è comodissima per visitare la Biennale (2min a piedi) e si trova a 15 min a piedi da piazza San Marco.
