Soak up the History at a 17th-century Venetian Palazzo

The bright flat is a perfect combination of modern style and tradition: while all the pieces of furniture are brand new, the white mosaic floor, the ceiling with beams and decorative details reflect the typical Venetian interiors. The flat is provided with the following services: - fully equipped kitchen with induction cooking and combo oven; - air conditioning both in the dining room/kitchen and bedroom; - clean towels and bed sheets; - high speed WiFi (and ethernet connection); - Cinema TV with Sky decoder (with subscription to international channels), music sound system. Rialto Bridge is only seven minutes away, or venture a little further to Piazza San Marco in about 15 minutes. Getting lost in the picturesque alleyways is part of the beauty of exploring Venice. Please respect the beauty! As you see, all has been designed and taylored made to perfectly fit this slice of heaven. We put our lots of time and all our passion to create this little oasis: please behave as if you were in your own place. Prestigioso appartamento con balcone vista canale a pochi minuti da piazza San Marco ma in una zona tranquilla. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per tutto il gruppo, per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

Siamo nel cuore di Venezia, nel quartiere di San Polo, a due passi dal ponte di Rialto. L’appartamento è dotato di una comoda camera matrimoniale e di un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno, e di due bagni, uno dei quali dispone di una sauna e di un idromassaggio, perfetti per coccolarvi e rigenerarvi in un ambiente di puro relax. Ma la vera perla della nostra casa è la splendida terrazza sul tetto, chiamata "altana" in veneziano, da cui si gode di una splendida vista sul Canal Grande.

A small romantic attic, with a private terrace, well-kept and full of light thanks to the windows overlooking the Venetian roofs. You can relax on the terrace, admiring the landscape, sipping your coffee. The house overlooks Via Garibaldi, one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Venice, where it is easy to find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!

Our modern and charming flat has been totally new in the unique Biennale environment. Located in the historical and quiet Castello quarter. It takes 5 min. walking distance from Biennale and Public gardens, where all the main ferry are stopping. Its close in Via Garibaldi and 10 min from S. Marco Square. Castello is the most lovely and colorful district of Venice. This is the place where you want to go, if you are willing to breathe the real atmosphere of Venice.

Appartamento totalmente ristrutturato nel 2021 facile da raggiungere e in posizione ottima per chi desidera visitare la Biennale. Presenta un ingresso indipendente, cucina accessoriata, bagno con doccia, camera da letto e ampio soggiorno con divano-letto. È  situato a pochi passi da una zona commerciale tipicamente veneziana, troverai negozi di vario genere frequentati soprattutto dalla gente del luogo. È il punto di partenza ideale per visitare la città.

The apartment is located on the Giudecca island and belongs to the historical center of Venice . The most exciting thing when you arrive by boat is the wonderful view of the Giudecca Canal . A view that opens the heart and has captivated many artists who frequented the city .This part of Venice, perhaps one of the few that remained authentic, has been preserved from the arrival chaotic of the tourism with its own cultural and residential rooted tradition.

A cozy home where you can get away and immerse yourself in the real Venice. The apartment is located on the third and fourth floors. Up to 6 beds. The building has no elevator like most of the others in Venice.
