Romantic Apartment with Garden & Rooftop Views

Our apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historical building. In our well-equipped kitchen you'll find coffe, tea, wine and... some useful pieces of advice to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible! We'll welcome you personally and offer you your first breakfast in Venice, too. The apartment is in the popular Castello neighbourhood. It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

Un piccolo appartamento curato in ogni dettaglio ideale per due persone che si trova a 10 minuti da Piazza San Marco. L'affaccio privato sul canale da una parte e la corte interna dall'altra lo rendono unico nel suo genere. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata e Wi-Fi illimitato e nelle vicinanze ci sono numerosi negozi, cicchetterie e ristoranti tipici. Secondo le disposizioni per prevenire il contagio Covid-19, dopo ogni soggiorno viene effettuata una sanificazione con trattamento all'ozono.

An entire apartment only 8 minutes away from San Marco square with a private water gate and a STUNNING VIEW ! Situated on the 1st floor, it has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and a walk in wardrobe.The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Prestigioso appartamento con balcone vista canale a pochi minuti da piazza San Marco ma in una zona tranquilla. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per tutto il gruppo, per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con Polizia e Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.
