Relax, explore and unwind in this large, cosy apartment on our organic farm, in the foothills of the Serra da Gardunha mountains. Spend the day kayaking, walking or cycling in the mountains, enjoying the largest spa in Portugal (20 mins), & exploring historic villages and cities, then come home to relax in a hammock in the orchard, soak up views from the bath, or chillout to vintage vinyl. We live on site, but the apartment is totally private, being the whole upper floor & with own entrance.

The perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and seclusion: Casa Do Vale, or "House Of The Valley" is a luxury 1 bedroom home in the heart of Central Portugal. Located at an altitude of 470m, the house boasts stunning views of up to 50 miles on a clear day. Recently restored to a high standard, the guesthouse comes complete with a private wood-burning hot tub (October-May) that can be a plunge pool in summer and a larger shared swimming pool that can be private upon request.

Esta propriedade é composta por 2 quartos independentes, 2 casas de banho e uma combinação de cozinha e sala de estar. Os quartos não têm ligação pelo interior da casa. A Quinta das Sesmarias situa-se na periferia urbana da Vila de Alcains, sendo uma propriedade com 3,5ha que mantém as características rurais do início do século XX. A primeira construção data de 1928 e foi recuperada em 2002 sob a forma de uma moradia. O descanso e o bem-estar dos visitantes são assegurados por um ambiente tranquilo em contacto com a natureza.
