Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.

Make use of the kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, induction burner, microwave, toaster, blender Crockpot & keurig. Brita purifier. Shower tub and full sized washer & dryer. Less than 15 min to the Cherry Creek state park, Southland's mall & Children's hospital. 20 min to Den Int'l Airport Aurora reservoir& Aurora Sports Park. 30 min to downtown & Castlerock & under an hour to Rocky Mountains.

Full walk out basement apartment with private entrance. 2 large bedrooms, one bathroom . Kitchenette/wet bar, full size fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster, coffee makers (keurig and drip), electric skillet and gas grill outside on the patio and a fire pit with chairs at a table. Full size pool table. Laundry available, dedicated parking. You don't have to share the space with anyone, it's all yours. A pickle ball court . 4/20 friendly. Is not a good fit for children under five.

Cutthroat Cove- Air Force Academy

Completely relax! Even if you are here for business. Cutthroat Cove is near the entrance to the Air Force Academy but feels like you are living in the woods. Private entrance (with stairs), parking space, one bedroom, one bath with a large living room area. The mini kitchen features a dishwasher, mini-fridge, toaster oven and microwave. The fireplace makes it cozy and warm and sometimes we are visited by large wildlife. Minutes from restaurants and hiking trails.

We are central to everything, and only 15 minutes from Mile High Stadium and Union Station and 10 minutes from Cherry Creek, the Art Museum, and the Botanic Gardens.
