This designer studio was originally home to the famous Georgian artist Avto Varazi. The tall ceilings create a feeling of space which is accentuated by exposed brick walls with colorful fixtures and expressive artwork adding a final flourish. The place is good for couples, solo adventures, business travelers and families with children it can perfectly fit 5 persons. Our apartment is located on the second floor of a 19th century building very close to RUSTAVELI AVENUE . It was fully renovated in March 2018 and is equipped with everything you will need during your stay. We tried to combine its rustic charm with fresh, modern and functional design. We thought carefully of every little detail to make our guests feel at home.
