✨ Hi, I’m Tea a ski lover from Tbilisi. Owning an apartment in Gudauri has been my dream for a long time, and now it’s come true! This is my very first place in New Gudauri. I put a lot of love and effort into renovating and designing every detail to create a cozy, unique atmosphere. The apartment has two balconies, two ski lockers, and is located only 400 feet from the main ski lift.

A perfect way to spend your holidays or combine skiing with remote work.
