✨ Hi, I’m Tea a ski lover from Tbilisi. Owning an apartment in Gudauri has been my dream for a long time, and now it’s come true! This is my very first place in New Gudauri. I put a lot of love and effort into renovating and designing every detail to create a cozy, unique atmosphere. Adorable and brand new 1 bedroom/1 bathroom ski-in/ski-out apartment with views of Gudauri mountains can accomodate up to 5 people. The apartment also features a separate living room with a queen size sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and free access to WiFi, one full bathroom with a laundry machine, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave oven, and panini maker. The apartment has two balconies, two ski lockers, and is located only 400 feet from the main ski lift.
