This one bedroom house offers one queen bed and a pull-out sofa to sleep a total of 4 people. The house offers a private boat ramp, docks, and quick access to the gulf. Includes Wifi, 2TVs, washer/drier, fire pit, grill, coffee maker. Enjoy sunsets, nature walks, and fishing from the docks. Clean, Clean, Clean! EVERYTHING is washed after each guest including sheets, towels, All blankets, bed comforters, and even decorative pillow cases. All handles, knobs, remotes and shower are sanitized.

Sip your morning coffee from the balcony as the beautiful birds soar by, or unwind in the evening as the sun paints the bayou in golden hues.

River Retreats Escape/Angler’s Paradise

Country setting, FREE use of the Kayaks and golf cart, or take the kayaks to Rainbow River, my place is on the “Withlacoochee River” so you would put in at the neighborhood ramp and paddle North to get to the Rainbow River. The KP Hole and Rainbow Springs State Park are 10-15 min away. You can bring your own boat, “there is a boat ramp in the neighborhood”, and local ramps in town. Relax by the fire in the evening. Peaceful, quiet and only 10 minutes from town for shopping and dining.

Beautiful waterfront home, just minutes to downtown! We are dog friendly with rates as follows: Pet fee is $50 per pet per visit, 2 pet maximum.. Please contact us upon booking if you want to bring a pet and we will send you a separate payment request for pet fee. This 2 bdrm, 2 bath home sleeps 6 adults comfortably. No children under 18 at this time. Bring your Kayaks and launch from the dock or spend time relaxing on the enclosed porch on the dock with incredible water views!

Fully equipped kitchen, indoor laundry, and plenty of parking (RVs with approval; up to 8 vehicles). Dog friendly! Includes 4 kayaks with paddles. Upstairs loft and downstairs bedroom both feature king beds, TVs, workspace, and extra sleeping options. Renovated bathroom with large walk-in shower.

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.
